- July 14th, Tuesday, 6—7:30 PM: A Panel of Experts with Dr. Craig, Alina Frank, Virginia Fink, and Julie Pigott. If you haven’t yet heard of, or experienced EFT, then you are missing an amazing opportunity to find a simple and profoundly effective method for making tremendous changes in your life. This technique is endorsed by Drs. Deepak Chopra, Bruce Lipton, Candace Pert and Joseph Mercola. We will be presenting a diverse array of local practitioners discussing the many uses of the Emotional Freedom Techniques for healing physical and emotional challenges. Areas that will be discussed will include the application of EFT for Women’s Health Issues, Pain Syndromes, Life Transitions, and working with Children/Parenting issues. Donations will benefit the Whidbey Island Veteran Resource Center.

- July 28th, Tuesday, 6—7:30 PM: The Inspired Heart: An Artist’s Journey of Transformation with Jerry Wennstrom and Marilyn Strong. As experienced speakers and workshop leaders, Jerry and his wife, singer and ceremonialist Marilyn Strong, put on a unique and participatory multimedia/musical event that opens people to thinking about themselves, their lives and their spirituality in a uniquely different way. Hearing Jerry’s story often helps others engage the transpersonal and universal aspects of surrender and metaphorical death that are inherent in their own journeys. As part of the presentation, they will show a documentary film that was made about Jerry and his art called “In the Hands of Alchemy,” distributed by Sentient Publications and Parabola. Donations will benefit the Whidbey Institute
