Concerts On The Lane Continues

July 18th with Deja Blooze

Island Angel Chocolates continues their summer music series Concerts on the Lane July 18th at 3 pm featuring Deja Blooze.

The Deja Blooze trio is David Gregor on vocals and rhythm guitar, Ed Newkirk on lead guitar and vocals, and Paul Goethel on bass guitar and vocals. Their repertoire of lively blues music is drawn from the rural music referred to as the delta blues, which originated in the southern Mississippi River region of the U.S., but with a deja spirit.

Also available during the event is concessions by John and Annie Kirkham of Annie’s Concessions. They will be serving up hot dogs, hamburgers and nachos from their red and white cart.

Concerts on the Lane is sponsored by Island Angel Chocolates and the Whidbey Island Arts Council. Concerts on the Lane is presented each Saturday from 3 to 4:30 pm from July 4th through September 5th.
